Shipping policy

At PRDCT, we handle every order with care — from packing to dispatch — to ensure your items arrive safely and in good condition. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process within Malaysia.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within Malaysia only, including:
- Peninsular Malaysia
- Sabah & Sarawak
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
- In-stock items: Ship out within 3–5 working days after payment confirmation.
- Pre-order / made-to-order items: Estimated fulfillment time will be stated on the product page.
- During peak periods (e.g. launches, holidays), processing time may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
3. Delivery Time & Rates
- Delivery time: 2–7 working days, depending on your location and courier efficiency.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and delivery address.
- All orders come with a tracking number once dispatched.
4. Shipping Partners
We work with reliable domestic courier services (e.g. J&T, PosLaju, DHL eCommerce) to deliver your order safely. PRDCT is not responsible for courier delays once the parcel is in transit.
5. Delivery Issues
If your parcel arrives damaged or is missing, contact us at prdct.lab@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. We'll assist with the necessary courier claims process.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the courier
- Parcels lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
6. Self-Pickup (if applicable)
We may offer self-pickup for selected drops or custom orders. If this option is available, it will be mentioned on the product page. For special requests, reach out to us before placing your order.
