Refund policy
Last Updated: August 4, 2025
At PRDCT, each item is carefully designed, crafted, or curated — whether it’s a collaboration piece, a limited drop, or a made-to-order product. We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to feel confident in what you receive.
1. Return Eligibility
We currently only accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
- You report the issue within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned in the same condition it was delivered.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or delays caused by shipping couriers.
- Custom-made, pre-orders, or limited-edition releases are final sale — no returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with a defect or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please email us at prdct.lab@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item (including packaging, defects, or wrong product received)
We’ll review your request and get back to you within 3 working days. If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on availability.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For approved returns, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We are not responsible for lost return parcels.
4. Processing Time for Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.
- For store credits, a unique code will be issued via email.
If you have questions before ordering, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to assist with product details before you commit — because good design should come with good service.
